Get comfortable with Belay

Short, step-by-step help using the same names and buttons you see in the app.

Add stretching, mobility work, a favorite machine, or any movement that is not already in your library.

Create a reusable workout, choose its exercises and sets, and schedule it for the days you train.

Email support@belaystrength.com with your device, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include your password.

Sign-in: Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset email.
Apple Health: Review Belay access in the Health app under Sharing, then open Belay Settings to check sync status.
Apple Watch: Confirm Belay is installed from the Watch app on your paired iPhone and that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.
Subscriptions: Manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple or Google Play account.
