Delete your Belay account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

Open Belay and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion without the app

Email Belay Support from the address associated with your account. Include “Delete my Belay account” in the subject. We may reply to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What deletion does

Deleting your Belay account permanently removes:

Your sign-in account and account profile.
Your workouts, templates, exercises, training history, maxes, schedules, and notes.
Your private community data, public community profile, push tokens, follows, and blocks.

Community posts and replies you previously shared may remain so conversations are not broken. Limited records may also be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Any retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
